Returns Policy (UK)

Please keep your receipt. We are happy to exchange or refund unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase upon production of a valid receipt.

If you do not have a receipt, we will exchange at or issue a credit voucher for the last selling price.

Gift Receipts are available from all stores. Refunds on gift receipts within 30 days will receive an exchange or credit voucher.

Items purchased from a Gap Outlet store, or from a department store concession, can only be returned or exchanged at a Gap Outlet store or the respective department store.

All returns or exchanges must be made in the country of original purchase. We cannot accept back any products purchased outside of the UK.

We are unable to offer a refund on toiletries once opened. Swimwear can only be accepted for return/exchange if the hygiene strip is in place.

Pound Sterling is the only currency accepted in UK stores.

This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty goods.
